There are a lot of types of event we cover.It could be an awards evening, staff or client appreciation day, conferences and many other types.  

Once you have picked your date book that in with us as soon as possible. You have enough to be doing while organizing an event then to be looking for a photographer last minute. We get booking months in advance sometimes but always check your date as soon as you have it.     

 If you are having awards or some good news story and you would like us to send something to the press on your behalf, be prepared. By this we mean think when in the timeline of event can we get those photos. Have a short caption (just 2 lines explaining about the event) prepared ahead of time for us to include with the images.  

Do you want the images from more in house projects or your own social media?

Do you want the photographer to take a set kind of photos or do you want free flowing fun?  

A conference has lots of opportunities for photographers. We cover networking before the event starts along with speakers and group or set up shots. A lot of our clients like to have a mix of casual and set up photos. This really gives a good overview of the event. These images are great for reports, websites and social media. They are often used to promote the next conference whenever that might be.
